Welcome to ANCOP, where we’re committed to ensuring your experience is secure and seamless. We understand you might wonder why we ask you to reset your password and manage your login through ANCOP.au. The reason is simple: it’s all about security and integration. By centralising your account management on ANCOP.au, we ensure that your profile is securely linked to ANCOP.chat, allowing any changes you make on ANCOP.au to automatically reflect across our platforms.
This isn’t just about managing an account—it’s about supporting a cause. You actively engage with our mission when you update your details or manage your contribution through ANCOP.au. Your support helps sustain our movement, and we’ve streamlined these steps to make your experience as straightforward as possible while keeping everything in one secure place. We’re excited to have you on board; this process ensures you’re always connected and in control.
Starting with your password
This only applies to existing accounts; you do not have to do this if you create a new account. Due to the integration with Matrix we need to set your password, when you create an account, eg are a new member, it will be done automatically. If you are an existing member from before October 2024, then you have to change your password, you only have to do this ONCE.

Login to ANCOP:
1. Navigate to the ANCOP website.
2. Click on "Membership" in the top menu,
3. Then select "Membership Account."
(NOTE: we had to remove all spaces from your username and normalise it. Best is to do a password reset using your email address)
Step 2.
Access Your Account:
1. On the "Membership Account" page, you'll see your account details.
2. Click on "Change Password" to update your password.
Step 3.
Change Your Password:
1. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
2. Confirm the new password and click "Change Password."
3. Once updated, use your new credentials to access ANCOP Chat and other ANCOP services.
